Transfer ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø dual credit credits to another institution

Have you completed ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø credits while in high school (as a Dual Credit student, or through the Career & Techncial Education program, or directly from ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø)?

Unofficial Transcript

An unofficial transcript may be printed from your student center at any time.

  • Log into your myÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø account.
  • Select “Academics”.
  • Select “Transcripts”.
  • Click on “Unofficial Transcripts”.

Official Transcript

An official transcript documenting the grade(s) from your ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø dual credit courses(s) can be sent to the school of your choice. Please verify your grades have been posted on your myÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø account before requesting an official transcript. Official transcripts cost $7.

Students with access may order and pay for official transcripts online through their student center.

  • Log into your myÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø account.
  • Select “Academics”.
  • Select “Transcripts”.
  • Click on “Official Transcripts”.
  • Click on “Continue to Student Clearinghouse Self-Service Transcripts”.
  • Select “Order a transcript”.

*Students can also order and pay for official transcripts online through the National Student Clearinghouse. Credit and debit cards are the only accepted form of payment through this site.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When ordering an official transcript, ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø transcripts will not be released if there are HOLDS (financial or other) on the student's account. Until financial obligations are cleared by the student, ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø will not issue official transcripts.
