Community Event Alcohol Request

All Applications must be submitted minimum 30 days prior to event and are subject to approval by the Office of the President and Director of Campus Safety.

Promotional Banner Request

If you have an approved event on the ÑÇÖÞ²ÊÆ±¹ÙÍø Campus that you wish to promote with banners, please follow these guidelines:

  • The banner dimensions must be 3'X8'* (see dimensions)
  • The banners request submitted at least (2) weeks prior to the event and approved by the Events Coordinator**
  • Requests for approval must include contact information and the duration for which the banners are to be up.  

* Banners must be equipped with proper hanging hardware
** There are multiple ÑÇÖÞ²ÊÆ±¹ÙÍø events and promotions that require banners, so banners might not be able to be approved for the requested times.
