Scholarships for Agriculture Students

ÑÇÖÞ²ÊÆ±¹ÙÍø is committed to helping you fund your future in agriculture. Whether you're studying animal science, agribusiness, veterinary technology, or another agriculture-related field, there are multiple scholarship opportunities designed to support your success.

1: ÑÇÖÞ²ÊÆ±¹ÙÍø General Scholarship

This application helps match you with over 300 scholarships—including federal aid, institutional awards, and scholarships based on your academic program, background, and goals.

2: Agriculture & NextGen Scholarship

This second application is just for students in agriculture and natural resource programs. It includes scholarships awarded by the ÑÇÖÞ²ÊÆ±¹ÙÍø Agriculture Department as well as NextGen scholarships, funded by the USDA to support the next generation of agriculture and food professionals.

What You Could Receive:

  • NextGen Scholarships - up to $3,500 for tuition or $5,000 for housing stipends
  • Additional Ag-specific Scholarships - award amounts vary
  • Opportunity to be part of the ÑÇÖÞ²ÊÆ±¹ÙÍø Ag Ambassador Program

Who Should Apply:

Many programs at ÑÇÖÞ²ÊÆ±¹ÙÍø qualify for Agriculture & NextGen Scholarships—including degrees in agriculture, trades, business, and more. Visit our NextGen Scholarships page to see the full list of eligible programs and learn more about award amounts and requirements.

How to Apply:

  • Fill out the online
    • 1st Priority Date: March 1st
    • Applications accepted after that date as funding allows

To maximize your financial support, we encourage you to complete both the ÑÇÖÞ²ÊÆ±¹ÙÍø General Scholarship Application and the Ag/NextGen Combined Application. Doing both ensures you're considered for more opportunities.
